WTF is BTHE?

It's a little silly and embarrassing, but my greatest accomplishment this weekend was finally locating a certain mp3 which I've been searching for off-and-on for a while now. You see, the Energy plays this remix of Kelly Clarkson's "Behind These Hazel Eyes" that I enjoy quite a bit, in spite of myself. It was hard to locate, given the preponderance of horrible dance remixes that reproduce geometrically on youtube and elsewhere. And Energy's website is strangely silent - their online playlist just links you to the album version of the song. I even went so far as to ask their programming director via email. I never got a response, which I find baffling. They've had the same thirty songs on "shuffle" for three years; what the heck is the programming director doing all day if not playing Freecell answering dudes' emails?

Anyhow, after some serious hunting I eventually found it this morning. The secret was to ask the search engines not for the song's title, but for the acronym "BTHE", which is apparently what the kids are calling it these days. So thank you, Kelly Clarkson Express Media vault, for brining me the BTHE MYNT REMIX (Radio Rip).

In other news, I made a boatload of gnocci this weekend and used the ensuing food coma to take advantage of my friends in poker. We neglected to photo the final product, but there's an amusing picture of me ricing potatoes after the cut.

I'm wondering now... if I had named that image file "ricin.jpg", would I have wound up on some FBI watch list?
